1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the ns40 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ns40 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ns40 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The ns40 platform may only be used by individuals who have reached the minimum age required by law in Malaysia. ns40 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of ns40 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring your registration details remain truthful and are updated whenever any changes occur.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ns40 recommends using a strong, unique password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account at ns40. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior warning.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As an ns40 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You agree not to engage in any activity that may compromise the security, integrity or operation of the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ns40 platform:
- Using automated software, bots or any other technical means to access or exploit the platform unfairly
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or abuse ns40 systems in any way
- Sharing, selling or transferring an account to a third party
- Providing false information during registration or financial transactions
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities through the platform
- Interfering with or abusing the platform's payment or promotions system
Ns40 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the ns40 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ns40 supports a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX and approved international bank transfers.
All deposits must be made using a valid payment method registered in the same user's name. ns40 reserves the right to decline any deposit suspected to originate from an unauthorised source. Deposit processing times vary depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same user's name. ns40 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are subject to the platform's current policies.
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or a violation of Malaysian law will be reported to the relevant authorities. ns40 reserves the right to freeze the associated funds while an investigation is carried out.
Ns40 is not liable for any transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. All transaction fees imposed by third parties are the user's own responsibility.
5. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Ns40 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any of the terms set out in this document. Account suspension may also occur at the user's own request or upon instruction from a competent authority.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, ns40 reserves the right to hold any remaining funds in the account while a further investigation is conducted. If no breach is established, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user via an agreed method.
Limitation of Liability
Ns40 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption or loss of data. ns40's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials on the ns40 platform are the exclusive property of ns40 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or use any ns40 intellectual property without prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The ns40 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and game software providers. ns40 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Right to Amend Terms
Ns40 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via the platform or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the ns40 platform will be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
